Domes are pre-sized, disposable soft rubber earpieces. Domes are placed on a hearing aid’s speaker or thin tube to fit comfortably in the ear.
The domes help the hearing aid stay in your ear and help protect the receiver of your hearing aid.
To change the domes:
- Take the hearing aid and hold the receiver tightly
- Then use your finger to carefully pull off the old Resound dome from the receiver
- Take the new Resound domes and look on the back on the domes for the little hole
- Fit the dome to the receiver and push the domes into the receiver
